What we collect.
When you fill out a contact form or book a Strategy Audit, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message. We process this data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type) through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it.
To respond to your inquiry. To improve the site experience. To send relevant follow-ups if you have engaged with us directly. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the site (hosting, analytics, email). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place per Chapter V of the GDPR.

Data retention.
We retain your contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship or legitimate interest, and no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@rule6.io.
